Experience • 2–4 years Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes as per the restaurant’s menu and quality standards • Ensure proper preparation of items such as Ravioli, Tiramisu, Risotto, Pizza, Fettuccine, Penne, Spaghetti, Lasagna, Gnocchi, and other Italian second dishes • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control • Assist in menu planning and suggest new Italian dishes when needed • Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times • Monitor kitchen stock and inform management about ingredient requirements • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and efficiency during service hours • Follow restaurant standards for food safety and sanitation • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment Requirements • Must be well-groomed, confident, and professional • Should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing Italian cuisine • Must know: • Ravioli • Tiramisu • Risotto • Pizza • Fettuccine • Penne • Spaghetti • Lasagna • Gnocchi • Italian second dishes Salary • BDT 15,000 – 35,000 (Based on experience) Joining Time • After Eid Ideal Candidate Profile • Passionate about Italian food preparation • Able to maintain food quality and presentation standards • Capable of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment • Dedicated, sincere, and responsible
