Position: Incharge (Woven Factory) Department: Production Section: Sewing 🧩 Job Description (JD): Supervise and control overall sewing production activities. Ensure daily production targets and maintain product quality. Monitor line balancing, worker efficiency, and productivity. Coordinate with cutting, finishing, and planning departments. Maintain discipline and safety standards in the sewing floor. Prepare daily and weekly production reports. Train and guide operators for smooth production flow.
