Key Responsibilities: • Mechanical Maintenance: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial motors, conveyor systems, compressors, boilers, pumps, valves, and HVAC systems. • Troubleshooting: Provide immediate technical support during breakdowns and emergency situations to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing. • Production Support: Assist in the installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to factory safety standards and SOPs, maintain maintenance logs/machine history records, and prepare regular performance reports. • Inventory: Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate inventory requirements. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering. • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a factory/manufacturing environment. • Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent team collaboration, effective time management, and a positive, proactive attitude.
