Position: Jr. Executive – Business Development (Field) Job Type: Full‑Time Work Environment: Field‑based with office coordination Key Responsibilities: Lead driver acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives to support business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, partners, and local communities. Ensure drivers and field operations comply with company policies and operational standards. Take a hands‑on approach to resolve real‑time operational and field‑level challenges. Follow, implement, and help reinforce company SOPs and standard procedures. Work with a target‑driven mindset to achieve assigned growth and performance goals. Apply analytical thinking and strong attention to detail in daily operations and reporting. Adapt effectively to a fast‑paced work environment involving both field and office activities. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem‑solving ability with a proactive attitude Ability to work independently in the field Basic analytical and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in field operations, business development, or logistics is an advantage
