Vacancy: 01 (Male only) Job Location: Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to clients via phone and WhatsApp. • Monitor and maintain MikroTik, OLT, ONU, and server infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues (both remote and on-site). • Configure and manage client devices, including routers, ONUs, and bandwidth setups. • Monitor log servers, FTP servers, SMS panels, websites, and email services. • Maintain daily operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets. • Coordinate with the technical team for efficient field operations. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: BSc in CSE / IT OR Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering. • Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the ISP sector or a similar field. • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Networking, MikroTik, and OLT systems. • Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. • Gender: Male.
