Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing coffee and other beverages according to company standards. • Provide excellent hospitality and customer service. • Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and equipment. • Learn and adapt to the coffee culture and brewing techniques of the cafe. Qualifications & Requirements: • Passionate about coffee and eager to learn new skills. • Basic knowledge of coffee is a plus but not mandatory. • Must have a positive attitude and be a strong team player.
