This role requires expertise in accounting, budget management, cash flow oversight, strategic planning, and treasury management aimed at driving the company’s financial efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices.,The Manager of Finance & Accounts will oversee a dynamic Finance and Accounts Department dedicated to managing financial tracking, planning, analysis, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure the company remains financially agile.,Key Responsibilities,Financial Management & Reporting,Accounting & Bookkeeping,Cost Control & Expense Management,Payroll & Employee Benefits Management,Digital & System Management,Coordination & Stakeholder Management,Maintain and monitor the workshop’s financial records (sales, expenses, inventory, payroll).,Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).,Track and analyze workshop profitability and suggest cost-cutting measures.,Manage budgeting and forecasting for business growth.,Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions following Bangladeshi accounting standards.,Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.,Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow.,Work with auditors for internal and external audits.,3. Taxation & Compliance,Ensure compliance with Bangladesh VAT, AIT (Advance Income Tax), and corporate tax regulations.,Timely filing of VAT returns, tax returns, and other statutory obligations.,Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and compliance checks.,Analyze workshop operational costs (spare parts, labor, rent, utilities).,Identify and reduce unnecessary expenditures.,Negotiate with vendo
