Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR): Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee life cycle Develop and monitor overall HR systems, policies, and procedures Handle performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRMIS
