We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance to oversee the company’s human resources operations, general administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of HR functions, workplace compliance, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee life cycle
Develop and monitor overall HR systems, policies, and procedures
Handle performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies
Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRMIS
