We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online and digital sales. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and handling creative planning and execution of marketing activities. Strong knowledge of graphic design is required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve online sales targets Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with strong creative and design input Create and maintain marketing databases, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to build strong customer engagement Manage website content, SEO activities, keyword optimization, and link building strategies Create banners, promotional images, and digital content for website, social media, and email marketing Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new customers Handle database marketing including email and SMS campaigns to generate leads Monitor and manage e-commerce business partners effectively EMPLOYMENT STATUS Full-time: WORKPLACE Office-based (Dhanmondi, Dhaka) EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or any Bachelor’s degree Training/Trade Course in Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, or SEO preferred SKILLS REQUIRED Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator Graphic design skills Digital marketing and SEO knowledge Corporate sales and digital sales experience Strong computer skills EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 3 to 5 years in relevant fields (Preferred experience in digital sales and marketing, corporate sales, or related sectors) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Age: 25 to 35 years Both male and female candidates can apply
