Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day restaurant and community center operations. • Collaborate with department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and food quality. • Identify sales opportunities to enhance revenue across all segments (Chinese, Thai, Traditional cuisine, etc.). • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory and supplies. • Continuously develop guest relations and staff skills. • Ensure smooth operations, respond to customer queries and complaints, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. • Maintain liaison with government authorities. • Lead, train, and supervise employees to maintain excellent service standards. • Event planning for large-scale functions such as weddings, birthdays, and other occasions. Requirements: • Education: BBA or MBA in Hospitality Management. • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the Hotel/Restaurant industry. • Age: 30 to 40 years. Compensation & Other Benefits: • Salary: 30,000 BDT (Monthly).
