Job Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service are maintained • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve service issues professionally • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food & operational costs • Implement sales promotions and strategies to increase revenue • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management Experience: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management • Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor will be an advantage Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour operations • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations Work Location: Uttara Sector 03, Road‑01, House‑52
