Company Name Dhaka Ice Cream Industries Limited (POLAR Ice Cream) Position Name Market Development Representative (MDR) Vacancy 03 Job Location Saidpur / Rangpur Sadar / Pirgasha Key Responsibilities Visit assigned markets regularly as per route plan Generate orders from retail outlets and ensure timely delivery Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Increase product availability, visibility, and market coverage Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers Identify new business opportunities and open new outlets Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback Ensure proper execution of company promotional activities Resolve market-related issues promptly and effectively Maintain product freshness and ensure proper freezer utilization where applicable Prepare and submit daily sales and market visit reports Maintain discipline, professionalism, and company standards at all times Work effectively under pressure to achieve business objectives Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure smooth business operations Protect and enhance the company’s brand image in the market Educational Qualification Minimum HSC or equivalent Experience 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing will be preferred Freshers are also encouraged to apply Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and pleasant behavior Ability to work under pressure Employment Type Full-time Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: BDT 11,000 TA/DA: BDT 240 per working day Mobile Bill: BDT 500 per month Incentive: Up to BDT 7,500+ based on KPI achievement Annual salary increment Festival benefits and other facilities as per company policy Application Procedure Interested candidates are requested to contact via WhatsApp. Special Note: Please do not call for areas other than the mentioned locations.
