Design and implement effective field marketing strategies to increase student enrollment; Visit targeted areas, schools, coaching centers, and communities to promote the school; Organize admission campaigns, seminars, and local education events; Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents, guardians, and local influencers; Track campaign performance and submit regular reports to management; Collaborate with the school’s admission and communication teams to ensure smooth operations; Fluency in English required; MS Excel or Google Sheets Expert; Must be persuasive and confident in face-to-face communication; Able to travel within Dhaka and nearby areas; 80% field work and 20% office work.
