Promote job openings across digital platforms, job portals, social media, and offline channels. Create engaging content (posts, banners, videos) to promote job roles and build employer branding. Work closely with the HR/recruitment team to understand hiring needs and skill requirements. Organize or participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and promotional events. Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment campaigns and make data-driven improvements. Maintain a database of potential candidates and follow up through email or phone campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
