Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Provide technical or any other support to the Customer and dealers regarding sales. Develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients. Conduct frequent meetings with Customers and Dealers. Frequent and objective reporting to the head of the department. Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payment recovery. Analyze the present market and create new market sales. Prepare monthly action plans in line with yearly marketing plans, product performance, and competitors' activities. Formulate strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve the target. Monitor product-wise daily performance. Conduct monthly meetings, conferences & scientific seminars. Assist the sales team in meet the monthly and yearly sales target. Maximizing the target customer awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
