We are seeking a motivated and fluent English speaker to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners over the phone and preferably have prior experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) telemarketing. Work from home opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Contact business owners by phone to offer MCA funding solutions • Qualify leads and collect accurate information from potential clients • Request and collect required documents for funding applications • Maintain professional, persuasive, and effective communication at all times • Meet daily and weekly targets and submit regular reports to management Requirements • Both male & female can apply • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of MCA telemarketing/call center experience • Freshers are also welcome • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated • Comfortable working in night shift • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Duty Hours • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
