Duty Station • District Hospital, Rangamati • District Hospital, Bandarban Employment Type • Part-time Educational Requirements • MBBS degree • Postgraduate training / degree in Pediatrics such as: DCH MD in Pediatrics or equivalent qualification Experience Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in pediatric care • Experience in district hospitals or rural settings will be preferred Job Responsibilities • Support the Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) program with a strong focus on improving pediatric care services at district hospital level • Provide specialized outpatient and inpatient care for neonates, infants, and children • Ensure adherence to national clinical protocols and national guidelines • Strengthen the quality, accessibility, and responsiveness of child health services • Support capacity building of healthcare staff through mentoring and technical guidance • Contribute to system strengthening initiatives for improved pediatric care delivery • Assist in improving child health outcomes in the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) region • Work closely with hospital teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery Preferred Competencies • Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills • Ability to work effectively in district-level and resource-constrained settings • Good communication and coordination skills • Commitment to quality child healthcare services • Ability to support training and mentoring of facility staff
