Mid-Level Executive – HR & Admin
Basic Requirements:
Education: BBA or BBA in HRM
Experience: 6 months to 1 year (preferably in software, IT services, ICT hardware, or B2B startups)
Age: 25-40 years
Skills: Strong communication, HR knowledge, MS Office, HR software, confidentiality, problem-solving
Duties:
Manage recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave
Assist payroll and benefits administration
Organize training, engagement, and performance reviews
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
Oversee office administration and compliance
Support budgeting and interdepartmental coordination
Implement policies and maintain company assets
