Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters)
Maintain office supplies and ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space
Support staff with printing, scheduling, and basic documentation
Welcome and assist visitors or clients professionally
Coordinate with other departments as required
Perform errands such as bank work, document submission, etc. (if needed)
