Key Responsibilities • Promote skincare and dermo-cosmetic products to targeted doctors • Generate prescriptions and support product sales growth within the assigned territory • Achieve sales targets in the assigned area • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists and key customers • Explore new markets and identify new doctors and clients • Conduct regular field visits and collect market feedback • Increase product awareness and support brand visibility • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Supervisor Requirements • Candidates must be proficient in both English and Bangla • Willingness to travel extensively is required • Must be able to work anywhere in Bangladesh • Age limit: up to 30 years • Experienced candidates will be preferred • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in the field Compensation & Benefits • Attractive salary • TA/DA • Festive bonus • Sales incentive as per company policy
