Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, chats & emails professionally from office desk
Communicate with customers regarding products & services
Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients
Maintain daily sales records, reports & performance sheets
Coordinate with courier services from order confirmation to delivery
Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support
Manage Facebook page & inbox queries (reply comments/messages)
Work closely with sales & marketing team to achieve targets

Excellent communication & professional speaking ability
Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel/Sheets, Facebook inbox)
Responsible, punctual & target-oriented mindset
Ability to work from office regularly (10 AM – 8 PM)
