Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage overall travel operations for the OTA. • Handle BSP, Portal, and NDC ticketing systems efficiently. • Ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery. • Utilize strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage team operations. • Handle high-pressure situations effectively to meet company targets and deliver results. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in an OTA or Travel Agency. • Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and result-oriented mindset. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BSP, Portal, and NDC ticketing systems. • Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Work Schedule: • Duty Hours: As per company policy • Weekly Holiday: As per company policy Compensation & Other Benefits: • Salary: Tk. 27,000 – 33,000 per month. • Incentives: Monthly performance incentives. • Bonus: Yearly profit-sharing bonus.
