Position Operations Manager We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational teams including Client Coordinators, Vendor Management, Estimate Processing, and Invoice Processing. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations and oversee the full work order lifecycle from client request to invoicing • Supervise Client Coordinators, Vendor Management, Estimate Processing, and Invoice Processing teams • Coordinate with U.S.-based Property Management clients • Monitor vendor performance and maintain service quality standards • Improve operational processes through reporting and performance analysis Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in operations management or team leadership Willingness to work night shift Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
