Job Responsibilities: • Prepare a wide variety of high-quality bakery items and desserts according to established recipes. • Create innovative dessert menus and seasonal specialties to attract more customers. • Decorate pastries and cakes using professional techniques to ensure an appealing presentation. • Monitor the quality of ingredients and manage the inventory for the pastry section. • Ensure that all baking equipment is cleaned and maintained according to safety standards. • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely dessert service during peak hours.
