About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and highly efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives or senior management. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and facilitate smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring the executive can focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports.
Task Prioritization: Manage to-do lists, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize events, prepare materials, and take meeting minutes.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with integrity.
Vendor & Expense Management: Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budgeting.
Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands and lifestyle management as needed

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
Candidate must have fluent in English
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
