Job Summary The Personal Secretary to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Managing Director’s office. The role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents. • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events. • Handle confidential communications with discretion. • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical). • Organize documents and records for easy retrieval. • Process expense reports and maintain records. • Support in preparing business reports and performance summaries. • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, visas, accommodation). Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Female Only
