Urgent Vacancy Announcement Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in: Fisheries, Food Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering (sometimes accepted). Experience: At least 2-3 years. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Science Laboratory, Food (Packaged). Additional Requirements: Experience in the production of sauces, Fish, or Vegetables, fruit is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily fish processing activities (cleaning, cutting, and packaging). Ensure quality control and food safety standards (like HACCP). Monitor workers and production lines. Maintain hygiene and sanitation in the processing area. Handle production reports and inventory tracking. Coordinate with supply chain and cold storage teams. Ensure machinery is functioning properly. Skills Needed: Knowledge of fish processing techniques. Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO). Leadership and team management. Problem-solving in production environments. Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting).
