Technical Requirements Core Stack: • Frontend/Mobile: Flutter (Android/iOS compatible with smooth UI/UX) • Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework • APIs: RESTful API design, integration, and documentation • Database: MySQL (optimization, scalability, and data integrity) • Frontend/Admin Panel: jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with state management in Flutter • Knowledge of real-time features such as WebSockets, Firebase, or similar • Payment gateway integration experience (bKash, Nagad, Stripe, etc.) • POS-related experience including inventory, order management, billing, and reporting • Familiarity with DevOps tools and environments such as Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP, and Nginx What You’ll Do • Develop end-to-end features for the POS mobile app and admin dashboard • Build secure, scalable, and maintainable REST APIs for mobile and web clients • Optimize database schemas and queries to support high transaction volumes • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and pixel-perfect interfaces • Implement role-based access control, reporting, and analytics modules • Ensure code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability across the full stack • Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS, and notifications Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Python/Django development • Ability to build and maintain full-stack applications independently or within a team • Good understanding of scalable architecture and clean coding practices • Experience working on business applications, preferably in POS or restaurant tech systems • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
