Key Responsibilities: • Guest Services: Greet guests, clients, and visitors professionally; resolve guest problems quickly and courteously; monitor VIP guests and special requests. • Front Office Management: Supervise shift workloads; maintain accurate room status information; ensure timely delivery of messages and packages; maintain master key control. • Performance & Reporting: Evaluate front office employee performance; review daily activity reports, logbooks, and guest feedback; prepare revenue and occupancy forecasts; monitor high-balance accounts. • Policy Enforcement: Enforce all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies; work within the allocated front office budget. • Inter-departmental Coordination: Maintain strong working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Graduate / BBA. • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Room Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, or Customer Care within the Hotel industry. • Specific Requirement: 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a reputed hotel is preferred. • Gender: Only females are allowed to apply. • Age: 22 to 30 years. • Skills: Adequate knowledge of hotel products and services; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 15,000 – 18,000. • Benefits: As per company policy.
