Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. • Manage phone calls, emails, and address guest inquiries promptly. • Oversee room bookings and reservations. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. • Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum HSC passed (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Communication Skills: Good proficiency in Bangla and basic English. • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Email). • Personal Attributes: Must be well-groomed, polite, and presentable. • Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
