Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: Promote resort services, packages, and facilities to potential guests and corporate clients. Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and partners. Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events. Handle inquiries, follow up on bookings, and support the reservation/sales process. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and pricing trends. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and update management on performance.
