Working closely with clients, sales teams, and marketing professionals, you will help develop campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure targets are met. This role is vital for driving sales growth and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and propose suitable properties. Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors. Organize property viewings, open houses, and sales events. Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue goals. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management. Generate new leads and potential clients. Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into sales independently. Plan and execute digital and social marketing strategies.
