Responsibilities & Context: 1. Handle retail customers in-person, over phone calls, and via Facebook Inbox chat. 2. Perform team-based tasks including content creation, video editing, and website uploads. 3. Maintain an average English typing speed of 25 words per minute. 4. Communicate politely and modestly in English. 5. Preference given to residents of nearby areas. 6. Permanent position offered after 4 days of training. 7. Commitment to work at least 1 year. 8.
