Job Responsibilities: • deal with our prospects in order to close the hotel & resort share. • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and improvements. • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant industry. • Great presentation skills and well spoken • Self-starter, motivated and energetic • Adequate knowledge in MS office & internet • Ability to convince others and build relationship • Experience in property / real estate / hospitality sales preferred • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Target-driven and self-motivated • Ability to handle high-value clients Benefits: • Remuneration: Negotiable • Up to 7% commission on Sales • Yearly salary review • 2 Festival Bonus • Mobile bill
