Educational Qualification • Minimum H.S.C Experience • Must have at least 06 months of working experience as a Sales Representative • Experience must be in consumer products within wholesale and retail market Salary & Other Benefits • Salary Package: 11,500 + 5,300 + 200 = 17,000 BDT • Grade Incentive: 4,000 BDT • Project-wise Incentive: 8,000 BDT • Product-wise attractive incentive • Incentives will depend on target achievement Requirements • Good communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work in wholesale and retail markets • Hardworking, target-oriented, and sincere • Ability to maintain good relationships with customers Responsibilities • Visit wholesale and retail market regularly • Promote and sell company consumer products • Achieve monthly sales target • Develop and maintain strong market relationships • Collect orders and ensure proper market coverage • Submit regular sales reports to the company
