Job Description (JD): • Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the physical outlet with a friendly attitude. • Provide detailed information about products to help customers make suitable choices. • Capture high-quality product photos and videos for social media promotions. • Respond to customer inquiries professionally on Website, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. • Manage order processing, payment verification, and basic delivery coordination. • Maintain accurate sales records and update inventory levels regularly. • Assist with product packaging and attractive display setup within the outlet. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum HSC or equivalent educational qualification is required. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred. • Must possess excellent professional communication skills for online messaging. • Preference will be given to candidates living in or near the Chawkbazar area.
