Joining Date: 1st May 2026 Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages consistently. • Lead and mentor junior baristas to maintain service standards and drink quality. • Manage bar inventory and ensure all coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained. • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to health and safety standards. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Senior Barista or in a leadership role within a specialty coffee shop. • Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art. • Ability to work 10-hour shifts and handle high-pressure environments. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
