We Are Hiring: Senior Executive Human Resource (HR) Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh Industry: U.S. Property Preservation & Rental Job Type: Full-Time (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Vacancies: 02 JOB SUMMARY: Elite Serve Global is looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the company’s U.S. property preservation and maintenance division. The role involves handling employee lifecycles, facilitating communication between departments, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring a smooth workflow between clients, vendors, and internal teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new employees and field vendors. • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. • Handle internal communications and support performance management • Support employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment. • Ensure HR policies and compliance standards are met. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related fields (Freshers with strong English skills are also encouraged to apply). • Excellent command of English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening). • Strong multitasking ability and capability to work under pressure. • Candidates with experience in Rental or Property Preservation will be given priority. • Highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills but no prior industry experience are welcome.
