Job Details
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding; Support and execute HR policies, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies; Maintain and regularly update HRIS and personnel files, ensuring compliance with labor laws; Conduct employee orientation, performance reviews, and exit interviews; Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management; Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in collaboration with department heads; Help develop training and development plans to upskill the workforce; Prepare HR reports (e.g., attrition, hiring status, employee satisfaction) for management review; Ensure legal compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, regulations, and international HR standards
