Manage overall factory administration, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations; Lead and supervise all functions under General Administration, Transport, Security, Housekeeping, and Safety & Compliance; Coordinate and host visits from foreign guests, buyers, and auditors, ensuring top-level hospitality and strict protocol compliance; Proactively handle and resolve crisis situations with effective decision-making and leadership; Maintain a clean, safe, and secure workplace in accordance with industry and legal standards; Act as a key liaison between the Board of Directors and the administrative team, maintaining frequent and transparent communication; Build and maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a respectful and collaborative workplace culture; Maintain close liaison with local police, government bodies, and relevant authorities to ensure proper legal and operational support.
