Job Details
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the real estate company, including property development, sales, leasing, client servicing, and project coordination; Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Admin, Legal, Construction, and Customer Relations to ensure smooth operational flow; Monitor the progress of ongoing real estate projects—residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments—ensuring timely completion, within budget and quality standards; Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives and market expansion; Supervise site acquisition, due diligence, and coordination with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., RAJUK, REHAB, City Corporations) to ensure legal compliance; Lead and streamline customer relationship management processes—from booking, documentation, and handover to post-sale services—enhancing client satisfaction and retention; Analyze financial reports, cash flow, and project cost performance in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure profitability and budget discipline; Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, landowners, brokers, and financial institutions to support business operations; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities, and project positioning; Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments to ensure operational efficiency and quality control; Support HR in team-building, performance management, and professional development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce; Report directly to the Managing Director or CEO with updates on KPIs, business challenges, and strategic recommendations.
