Job Responsibilities: • Take full ownership of SEO strategy and execution, specifically for the hotel and hospitality industry. • Increase direct bookings for boutique and independent hotels through data-driven strategies. • Perform comprehensive SEO audits and fix technical issues (Crawlability, Indexing, etc.). • Manage Technical, On-page, and Off-page SEO activities. • Execute Local SEO strategies and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB). • Develop content strategies and implement Schema markup. • Monitor performance using tools like GSC & GA and make data-driven decisions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met. Qualifications and Requirements: • Experience: 3+ years of proven SEO experience (Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant plus). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. • Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective. • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, project management skills, and ability to work independently. • Attributes: Must be a serious candidate with a portfolio of successful projects.
