Key Responsibilities: • Clinical Leadership: Lead triage and patient flow, supervising nursing care across all units to ensure safe, evidence-based practices. • Maternal & Newborn Care: Supervise labor room activities, safe deliveries, antenatal/postnatal care, newborn thermal care, and breastfeeding support. • Emergency Support: Perform oxygen therapy, IV cannulation, resuscitation, and stabilization of critically ill patients. • Supervision & Mentorship: Manage duty allocation, shift schedules, on-the-job coaching, and clinical training for staff nurses. • Infection Prevention & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to IPC protocols (sterilization, PPE, waste segregation) and participate in clinical audits/reviews. • Documentation: Maintain accurate treatment records, IMCI forms, partographs, and service data reports. • Safeguarding: Uphold Child Safeguarding, PSEA, and Code of Conduct, ensuring survivor-centered care. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: BSc in Nursing (Preferred) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. • Licensing: Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) is mandatory. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior nursing role. • Preferred: Experience in humanitarian/refugee health settings and Maternal, Newborn & Child Health (MNCH). • Skills: Proficiency in EmONC, IMCI, emergency response, and basic computer skills for data entry/reporting. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Monthly Gross Salary of Tk. 59,545 plus a 10% bonus of the monthly gross salary. • Benefits: Other benefits as per organizational HR policy.
