Job Responsibilities • Ensure inline & end-line sewing quality as per buyer requirements. • Conduct regular quality inspections during production. • Monitor DHU, defects and alteration issues to minimize rework. • Coordinate with Production, IE and Technical teams for smooth operations. • Lead and control quality inspectors effectively. • Ensure shipment quality standards and SOP compliance. • Analyze quality reports and take corrective actions immediately. • Maintain quality documentation and daily reporting to management. Requirements • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Sewing Quality in reputed garments factories. • Strong knowledge of woven garments quality standards. • Good understanding of buyer requirements and quality systems. • Leadership capability with problem-solving skills. • Must be sincere, hardworking and target oriented.
