SHIFT MANAGER (F&B) Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily food & beverage operations • Schedule, supervise, and support service staff • Ensure service quality and operational standards are maintained • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required • Conduct regular team briefings and shift handovers • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies Requirements: • Previous experience in F&B supervision or management preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks • Customer‑focused mindset Location: Uttara & Mirpur – Dhaka Ambarkhana – Sylhet
