Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including inventory and display management. • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. • Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to meet showroom targets. • Maintain a professional showroom environment and ensure efficient reporting to the corporate office. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Honours degree preferred. • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a related field (Home Appliances industry is preferred). • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
