Position • Site Engineer Vacancy • 02 Employment Status • Full-time Workplace • Dhaka / Outside Dhaka Office Address • Dhanmondi 6A, Dhaka-1205 Job Context • The candidate will be responsible for full projects from start to end • Responsible for project and construction management • Monitor projects and coordinate overall project activities effectively and efficiently • Candidates with vast experience as an interior architect at any architectural firm are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed measurements, drawings, detailing of layout plans, and designs using AutoCAD and 3D preparation as per company requirements • Work creatively in Interior Design Solutions • Visit clients and work to increase client satisfaction when required • Prepare BOQ and specifications as per design drawings • Assist and coordinate with Project Engineer, Site Engineer, and concerned persons • Maintain correspondence with external architectural firms • Perform other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time Educational Requirements • Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Interior Design • Diploma from a private or public university/institute will also be considered • Training / Trade Course in AutoCAD, design and drawing, furniture design, 3D, etc. Experience Requirements • At least 1 year of experience required • Experience in related work field/sector is preferable Additional Requirements • Age: 25 to 35 years • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential, commercial, interior, and exterior design • Must be honest, dedicated, self-motivated, proactive, energetic, and punctual • Proper knowledge of graphics design, 3D, AutoCAD, etc. • Must have experience in 2D, 3Ds Max with good V-Ray skills • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other updated interior software • Skills required in Interior and Building Solutions Salary • Negotiable Compensation & Other Benefits • T/A • Mobile bill • Lunch facilities: Partially subsidized • Salary review: Yearly • Festival bonus: 2
