পদের সারসংক্ষেপ Lander Accessories BD-তে Social Media Sales Executive পদে জনবল নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। আগ্রহী প্রার্থীকে social media platform-এ customer handling, inquiry management, product knowledge sharing, online sales conversion, live marketing এবং sales reporting-এর কাজ করতে হবে। যারা social media sales-এ দক্ষ, smart, proactive এবং communication ও negotiation-এ পারদর্শী, তাদের আবেদন করার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে। দায়িত্বসমূহ • Wholesale ও retail customer handling করা • Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram-সহ বিভিন্ন social media platform-এ customer inquiry manage ও respond করা • Social media platform-এর মাধ্যমে customers-কে product knowledge share করা • Customer requirement দ্রুত বুঝে তাদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সেবা প্রদান করা • Follower engagement বৃদ্ধি করা এবং brand value strengthen করা • প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সপ্তাহে ১–২ বার Facebook Live session-এর মাধ্যমে product showcase করা • Product quality ও sustainability ভিত্তিক employer branding উন্নত করা • Online inquiry-কে sales opportunity-তে convert করা • Regular online communication-এর মাধ্যমে strong customer relationship build ও maintain করা • Monthly ও quarterly sales target achieve করা • Sales performance track, report এবং top management-কে daily sales report প্রদান করা • Customer complaints ধৈর্য ও professionalism-এর সাথে handle করা • Daily ও weekly sales performance report প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলি • HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree বা সমমানের শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে • ১–৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে • বিভিন্ন social media platform effectively manage করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে • Smart, proactive এবং excellent communication ও negotiation skill থাকতে হবে • Sales & Marketing-এ পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে • প্রয়োজনে live marketing-এ আগ্রহী হতে হবে • AI operation সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক • বয়স ২০–৩০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে • শুধুমাত্র পুরুষ প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন সুযোগ-সুবিধা • আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে বেতন • বছরে ২টি festival bonus • Mobile allowance • Yearly increment facility • Multinational company-তে career grow করার সুযোগ • Professional work enviro
