Key Responsibilities: • Lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions and manage complex projects. • Design software architecture using microservices and advanced design patterns. • Oversee automated testing frameworks and security best practices. • Provide Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery support. • Research new technologies to improve operations reliability and compliance. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in software development. • Expertise in multiple languages (ASP.NET, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript). • Extensive experience with React, WPF, Windows Forms, and DevOps tools. • Must have project management experience. • Must have strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
