This role involves working closely with internal users and developers to ensure smooth communication, issue tracking, and project updates. Responsibilities: Collect user-reported issues and prepare clear reports for developers Maintain and update task lists Track and regularly update project schedules Follow up with developers on reported issues and progress Communicate updates and feedback to internal users Basic user support Visit factory when required to understand and report issues Requirements: Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply Strong communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, documentation, etc.) Organized, responsible, and good at follow-ups Willing to visit factory when needed Preferred (Optional) Background or familiarity with garments (RMG) industry Basic understanding of software systems Apply: mukit136337@gmail.com Deadline: 2nd May, 2026
